I ordered from Brightbox the whole tracking process felt reassuring. They sent the tracking info quickly, and the updates came in whenever the parcel actually moved, which gave it a trustworthy vibe instead of leaving me wondering what was going on. Delivery showed up on time too. Overall, it was a smooth, no-stress experience, and I’d be happy to use them again

My box showed up with a broken lid, which was a bit annoying :/ I emailed support about it, and they got back to me and sent out a replacement lid. Smooth fix in the end!

I asked for a refund and it came through fast, so that was nice. I was kind of expecting it to take longer because, you know, usually these things... but yeah, no real complaints.

I thought the unboxing was nice overall. Everything was packed neatly, but one corner of the box was a bit bent when it arrived. Luckily, nothing inside seemed damaged and it all looked fine, so I wasnt too worried about it.

The package arrived looking rough — crushed, dirty, and like it had been tossed around a lot. The item inside was damaged too, so that was disappointing... I was expecting it to come in decent shape, but yeah, not great...
